A student who wishes to work for an additional undergraduate major (or a minor), after receipt of a baccalaureate degree, must apply through the Office of Admissions and meet the major (minor) requirements as determined by the college. (Exceptions to this rule are students who had been previously accepted for a double major but graduated with only one major.) After acceptance by the appropriate college and proof of completion, the student's academic transcript will be posted accordingly. *Note that those students who complete the requirements for a second major will NOT receive a second diploma for completing the requirements.
To apply for certification of an additional undergraduate major or a minor, submit this completed Post Baccalaureate Application (click here to download now) to the Office of the Registrar within the first twenty class days of the term you expect to complete your major or minor requirements. After your course(s) are completed, a major or minor comment will be posted to your academic transcript. Order your transcript as no certificate or diploma will be issued.
