Available Options to Accessing Class Rolls
Faculty members should access their class rolls through Blackboard Academic Suite, hosted by Academic Computing at My USF. Any questions or concerns related to accessing and printing rosters from Blackboard should be directed to either or (813) 974-1222.
Generally, staff members will be unable to access a class roll from Blackboard unless they are an instructor. Staff members with an OASIS User ID and Password may be authorized to view SFASLST (Class Roster) as a means to review which students are enrolled or withdrawn from a course. Staff may also use SFRSLST (Job Submission: Class Roster) where they may enter specific parameters to request a printed course roster. SFRSLST parameters include: Term, Part of Term, CRN, Campus, Schedule Type, Instructional method, and Registration Codes. The output on the printout includes CRN, Term, Subject, Course#, Section #, Course Title, Credits, Course Level, Instructor, Course Type, Meeting Day(s), Time(s) and Location(s), Student Last Name, Student First Name, UID, Level, Major, Classification, Grades, Registration Status, Registration Date and Last Day of Attendance if the student has withdrawn from the course. Web Reporting System
New Users to the Registrar's Office Web Reporting Systems (WRS) should send an Email for requesting access to the site. Users can find the "Class Rolls by Reference Number" and "Class Rolls by Subject/Course Number/Section Number" web reports available in an Excel output. Users must first have a Banner User ID and Password. WRS users without access to these two web reports may also send an Email to request for this access.
