You may update your existing address and telephone number online. Click on OASIS USF's (Online Access Student Information System). Login with your student ID and self-assigned PIN and choose the Personal Information menu option. Choose which address you need to update, type in your changes and click ?Save?.
You may also update your existing address and telephone number using an Address Change Form (click here to download now). Deliver your completed, signed form either in-person to the Office of the Registrar in Tampa at SVC 1034, to any Regional Campus Records and Registration Office or by fax at (813) 974-5271.
