The extent of your learning and measure of academic achievement in a course is determined by your respective faculty member, therefore, you should contact your instructor of the course for which you seek a grade change. If appropriate, your instructor will submit a signed Change of Grade form to the Registrar's Office after obtaining the signature of the Chairperson of the Department.
