Instructions for Ordering Official Transcripts through OASIS
1. From Welcome to OASIS (USF’s Online Access Student Information System) website, enter your User ID (U# or SSN) and your PIN followed by the Login button
2. In Main Menu, select “Student”
3. In Student menu, select “Student Records”
4. In Student Records menu, select “Request an Official Transcript”
5. In the Transcript Request Address menu, select External College Code (to have your transcript send electronically to an approved institution), One of Your Addresses (Local Mailing or Permanent Address) or Issue to (sent to a third party or specified individual) followed by Continue
6. If you are requesting for the transcript to be held for pick-up at the Registrar’s Office lobby, enter “Hold for Pick-up” under the “Issue to” field.
7. If you did not select “External College Code”, you will proceed to the Select Transcript Type menu where you will need to type-in the address information. If you selected “Hold for Pick-up” in the preceding screen, enter “Pick-up” in each of the following fields: Street 1, City and Zip or Postal Code and select “Florida” under “State or Province”
8. In the “Transcript Request Options” subsequent menu, you will have the option to select the number of official transcripts that are requesting. If you are requesting your transcript be made ready for mail-out or pick-up without delay, select “As soon as possible”. If you are awaiting either the current semester's grades or a certain grade to be posted or for a statement that denotes your degree to be awarded this semester is included, select either “Hold for grades” or “Hold for degree”, respectively. Click Continue once finished.
9. In the “Transcript Request Summary”, you will be able to view the data that was submitted into the fields. If the data appears correctly, click on the Submit Request button.
10. The next screen will require that you submit Credit Card Information. Only MasterCard and Visa are presently accepted. Once you have entered your credit card information, click Submit Payment. You will be prompted to wait while the transaction is processed and should not attempt to leave the screen or it may result in duplicate charges made to your card.
11. Once your receive confirmation that your request has been submitted, approach the Registrar’s Office front counter to let a representative know.
